1. The processing of personal data of a natural person shall be governed by:

·        Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection and on Amendments to Certain Acts, hereinafter referred to as “Act 18”

·        Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter ” GDPR Regulation “

4. Purpose of the processing of personal data:

5. Legal basis for the processing of personal data:

·        the provision of personal data is voluntary; § 13, par. (1), letter a) of Act 18

10. Rights of the person concerned:

·        Pursuant to Act 18, the data subject has the right to access personal data (§ 21), the right to correct personal data (§ 22), the right to delete personal data (§ 23), the right to restrict the processing of personal data (§ 24), the right for the portability of personal data (§ 26), the right to object to the processing of personal data (§ 27), the right to file a motion to initiate proceedings (§ 100) and the processing of personal data based on consent to the processing of personal data, has the right to consent to process personal data at any time (§14)
